DESCRIPTION OF PROBLEM: When I am using my Lee four hole turret press with the auto powder measure, the measuring disc (or the micrometer measurer that I prefer) does not move all of the way into position when I insert a case to dispense the powder. The general setup is shown on the right. Note that I’m using the auto disc measure, the riser, and the swivel attachment. I took photos during reloading. The next four photos are with the ram fully raised and held down with a weight so I could take photos
This is just an overview of the charging system. Note the disc doesn’t come all of the way forward.
For testing purposes I took the powder hopper off. Took the spring off, and actuated this by hand. There is more room for travel there, the case just doesn’t seem to push it up far enough.
